Knowing what you don't know is a great way to share others expertise. Once you know and have this clear this in your mind you can then begin to share with others to benefit your goal. No one should be scared to admit that they do not have all the answers. Many business owners' use referral marketing and networking to learn what they don't know themselves, and develop a business relationship with another who can help them and/or their clients with a complimentary service to their own.

Any plan should have clear definition, goals, boundaries, backup and outcomes. If your clients know that you have reliable procedures and plans because you have taken the time to plan and share them, you are well on the way to be trusted and this in itself can be the best referral for any new business or increased sales.
