Service Fee GuideWritten on the 15 September 2016 by Arrow Advice is provided in two main stages:
1. Financial planning & recommendations An Example ( please note varying fees are applicable dependant on the financial planning strategy applicable to your personal situation - ie you may not be Pathway to Wealth) Pathway to Wealth Financial Planning: The financial planning is normally done over 2 meetings.(minimum) During the first meeting a draft plan is created to show you what could be achieved, given your particular starting points and commitment level.No charge is payable for these meetings. Only once you decide to proceed a $595 commitment fee is payable. This is a one off fee. During the proceed meeting, your final financial plan is presented and comprehensive written recommendations are provided. If it is appropriate and you are ready to start, paperwork will be commenced and signed at that meeting. On commencement one of the service fees in the table below will be charged. The Pathway to Wealth fee (see the table below) is a one off fee and can be paid via cash, cheque, and credit card or via loan re-finance in some cases. Note that you will payno entry or exit fees from investment funds we recommend and we will receive no upfront commission from those funds.
Regular monitoring of your portfolio and make adjustments where prudent with your written permission. Utilise professional investment research to make our investment decisions regarding those managed funds Conduct a progress assessment (also known as a review) on at least on an annual basis either via telephone or face to face Be available to discuss change of circumstances in between annual, half-yearly or quarterly progress assessments. Ongoing access to the financial planning team Up to four formal review meetings per year, depending on service level agreed to. Up to four reviews of your financial plan per year, incorporating a review of the strategies and investments that make up your plan A written report from your annual reviews Project management of actions resulting from your plan and reviews Full refund or rebate of any initial entry commissions for investment and/or superannuation funds No switching fees when restructuring your portfolio Live access to your investment information through the internet or regular reports where you do not have internet access. Simply, we keep up to date on rules, regulations, investments, superannuation, insurances etc. so you don't have to. An ongoing relationship with us substantially reduces your costs of accessing and maintaining investment and financial products.
